We accept returns on eligible items within 24-48 hours of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
• Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required
Due to hygiene and safety standards, we cannot accept returns on:
• Used or opened lash products
• Lash adhesives, liquids, or tools that have been unsealed or damaged by buyer
• Clearance, promotional, or final sale items

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
